At Sleepy Little Sloth, I understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. That's why I strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. My UK shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Parcels (Large Orders, Journals, Coasters etc):

  • Tracked 24 - Next Day Delivery

Prints, Stickers & Pin Badges:

  • Standard (2nd Class Royal Mail) - 2-3 Days
  • Expedited (1st Class Royal Mail) - 1 day

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

Processing is currently 3-5 working days.

Free delivery is available on all UK orders above £30 total spend.

International Delivery

At Sleepy Little Sloth, I understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. That's why I strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. My International shipping options and estimated delivery times are dependent on the destination country.

All international orders will be shipped using International Tracked Delivery: estimated 5-7 working days.

General Order Information

How do I place an order?

If you’re a first time customer, you can create an account with us (it will only take a minute!) to help track your orders and save your preferred shipping address for speedy checkout! Alternatively, you can check out as a guest.

Please review your order details before completing an order. Once your order has been placed you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the details of your order.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you are not required to create an account to place your order, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account and signing up to the newsletter with Sleepy Little Sloth is free and will provide you with all the latest updates, offers and exclusive discounts!

Order Processing Information:

  • Orders are dispatched from the UK
  • Order processing time is 3-5 working days from order confirmation (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). This is subject to change during busier periods
  • When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a tracking number (if applicable to your shipping type) that you can use to check the status of the order.
  • Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Sleepy Little Sloth will not be responsible for failure of delivery on orders where the delivery details have been entered incorrectly by the purchaser.
  • If you need assistance with your order, please contact me at or via live chat as soon as possible.

Something is missing or damaged in my order, what do I do?

If an item is missing or damaged in your order please contact me as soon as possible at via live chat so we can resolve the issue!

Please provide as much detail as possible, including photos so I can correct any issues as quickly as possible.

Where possible, please report any issue within the first seven days after receiving your order, as this will enable me to obtain the necessary information from any third party involved in the fulfilment of your order.

Can I make changes to an order once it's been placed?

Adding an item once the order has already been placed:

I am unable to add items to an order once it has been placed, but if you make a new order within one hour of the previous and then contact me at or via live chat, I'll do my best to look at reducing the shipping cost and combining these orders for you.

Please ensure you include order numbers within your email or chat message to help me find a solution for you as quickly as possible!

Changing your delivery address once the order has been placed:

It is your responsibility to ensure the information provided on the order is accurate, to prevent problems occurring once the order has dispatched. Once the order has successfully been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain details of the items ordered, the chosen delivery service and the delivery address. If you notice your delivery address is incorrect in any way, please contact me immediately or via live chat so I have the best chance of amending the address before the order is dispatched. 

An incorrect delivery address may result in an order being returned to me. I would be unable to rectify this until the order has been received back to me, causing a significant delay.

Cancelling an order after order confirmation has been recieved:

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact me at or via live chat within one hour of receiving your confirmation email. However, I can’t guarantee this will always be possible, due to quick turnaround. If your order is already being processed or has shipped, you will need to see the returns policy which can be followed once the order has been received. Please note my office hours are Monday – Friday.

** I will do my best to assist where possible, however, I can’t guarantee changes can be made to an order once it has been placed **

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to inform me of this after receiving the goods. Please contact me via email at or via live chat to arrange your return.

Once you have made me aware you would like to return your order, you have a further 14 days to do so. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please note it is your responsibility to pay for any return shipping to me. Please provide me with proof of shipping at

Once I have received your order back, I will process your refund which should arrive to you within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to me in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Customers are liable for any loss in value.

I am unable to accept returns or provide a refund for personalised or custom goods unless the product is faulty.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns/refunds will not be possible. But please do contact me if you have any issues!

Payment Information

Are my payments secure? is fully PCI compliant. This means that none of your payment information is stored or visible to myself, meaning your card details are completely secure!

My card has been declined, why is this?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card for any reason refuses to authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately. 

Please ensure your 'Billing Address' section is the same address as printed on your respective bank statement. For full details of why your payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.

Gift Cards

Sleepy Little Sloth e-gift cards are digital gift cards only. No physical card will be delivered. Your digital gift card will be delivered to you via email. From there you can add your Sleepy Little Sloth gift card to your phone's digital wallet for easy access.

If sending your gift card to a friend, you can schedule the delivery email for whenever best suits you and include a gift message with your gift card email!

To use your e-gift card, enter your gift card code at check out!

Terms and Conditions:

Sleepy Little Sloth promotional codes entitle you to an offer on your order placed on only.

Some of my promotions do require you to enter the code at the checkout stage of the order, however, some will do this automatically for you. If the code is required to be entered, you must ensure this is done before completing the order. I am unable to apply discount codes retroactively.

Please note, promotional codes can only be used once per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, discounts or offers.
