Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you have 14 days to inform me of this after receiving the goods. Please contact me via email at contact@sleepylittlesloth.com or via live chat to arrange your return.

Once you have made me aware you would like to return your order, you have a further 14 days to do so. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return/refund will not be accepted.

Please note it is your responsibility to pay for any return shipping to me. Please provide me with proof of shipping at contact@sleepylittlesloth.com

Once I have received your order back, I will process your refund which should arrive to you within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to me in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Customers are liable for any loss in value.

I am unable to accept returns or provide a refund for personalised or custom goods unless the product is faulty.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns/refunds will not be possible. But please do contact me if you have any issues!
